Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup (2 tea bags) 2 times daily.

Directions of use: Pour 240mL freshly boiled water over 2 tea bags and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.

Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (1.5g) contains:
Organic burdock root (Arctium lappa) 450 mg, organic stinging nettle leaf (Urtica dioica) 450 mg, organic cleavers herb (Galium aparine) 225 mg, organic roasted dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale) 225 mg.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic lemon myrtle leaf (Backhousia citriodora)

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner before taking if you have diabetes. There is limited evidence from preclinical studies that burdock may have hypoglycemic activity. Use by adults with renal failure and/or diabetes, and/or heart failure should be avoided because of possible complications due to hyperkalemia.
